Dometic UK are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Manager for their Essex based company; the purpose of this role is to manage an effective internal sales facility ensuring the frictionless supply of support and sales delivery to internal stakeholders and external Customers / Partners.
This position is office based.
Main Responsibilities
- to day management of the internal sales team
- support of external sales force
- reporting
- financial sales targets
- with other departments to provide a seamless service
- priorities to the internal team daily and set clear goals
- coordinating transport, delivery and collections
- for all stock invoicing and crediting
- a strong impact to customers whether new or existing to ensure all business is obtained and positive feedback received

Qualifications and Experience

- experience of managing a sales team
- goods sales management
- of logistics and shipping practices

- written and verbal communication skills
- attitude to duties and tasks
- and confident team player with ability to manage change
