Contract Details: Temp To Perm

Are you an experienced Technical Support Team Leader looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity with our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, in need of a skilled individual to join their dynamic team

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical support team, ensuring efficient picking, packing, and quality of all orders
Conduct inspections of products and repairs, either on-site or in-house ️
Oversee adherence to timelines, processes, and procedures in the QC area
Assist in maintaining risk assessments and health & safety documentation
Take an active role in assembly procedures, developing test methods for new products
Strip assemblies down to component parts & conduct precise measurements to maintain product tolerance ️
Manage customer complaints, returns, and replacements to ensure complete satisfaction
Support with installations and occasionally travel for inspections abroad ️Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering or fabrication
Proficiency in torque wrenches, micrometres, bore gauges, and other fitting and inspection tools
Experience in setting up and running a production line is advantageous
