The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at Tendley Quarries.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in and around Cumbria bybuilding and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of aggregates, sands,asphalt and specialist aggregatesproducts.

It isn't essential for you to have experience within the same industry, but we are looking for someone who can demonstrate increasing sales through effective business development and excellent customer care.

  • You'll identify and seize business opportunities for our aggregates, asphalt,specialist aggregates and sand productsdemonstrating your passion for growth and innovation.

  • You'll ensure our customers receive exceptional care, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet those needs effectively.

  • You'll focus on generating high-value sales to new customers, making the most of every opportunity to enhance our market presence.

  • You'll regularly assess sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued growth and success.
