Paid Media Manager

- Accountable for achieving client performance goals for their portfolio
- Responsible for throughput of budget across clients, and hitting growth targets set for each
- Provide weekly reports and strategic insights to clients, as well as client presentations
- Build client proposals to drive incremental spend opportunities for their accounts
- Build strong relationships with media vendors to drive innovation and best practice
- Responsible for deploying efficient workflow across account portfolio, keeping to and improving upon existing processes
- Responsible for setting clear priorities for each account and ensuring timely completion of team deliverables of expected high standards
- Responsible for ensuring campaigns deliver as expected and monitoring QA checks to ensure there are no errors
- Identifying resource related issues in advance and suggesting solutions
- Accurately providing updates internal and external on performance of portfolio clients against both KPIs
- Highlighting useful trends, strategies and new features for leverage across their clients
- Sharing any learnings internally with the Search team and the wider agency
- Client facing experience with 1-2 years in platform Google Ads experience, preferably with ecommerce clients
- Awareness of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Looker
- An experience in Youtube, Discovery or Display
- Strong analytical skill set: confident with drawing insights from complex datasets and forming data-driven arguments
- Experience with project management and the ability to prioritise and balance multiple clients and projects concurrently
- Smart approach to work – automation and efficiency is the aim of the game
- You’ll be comfortable working in a small team, and confident sharing your ideas
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- A passion for marketing, the digital landscape and ecommerce
