Technical Customer Support Advisor

About you:
You are excited about working for a best in class, fast growing Software house and solve business-critical problems for our customers. You have strong analytical and problem solving skills and are a creative thinker.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Support our customers with technical questions and allow them to get the most out of our software by resolving queries within agreed SLAs.
- Provide high-level customer service via chat, telephone or case management
- Develop scripts to provide new service offerings, assist with internal business process improvement and produce detailed reporting and analysis for business intelligence and a wide range of bespoke projects.
- Ensure that the quality of the support meets The Access Customer Service standards by delivering against and exceeding your objectives
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- The ability to work at pace, whilst remaining goal orientated and having a strong delivery focus
- Great customer service skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders
- The ability to problem solve and proactively investigate issues
