Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care to the elderly? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join an established team for mixed shifts, alternating between days and nights, including alternate weekends. Previous nursing home experience is a must

Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans and clinical needs.

* Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor residents' vital signs and health status.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

* Assess residents' physical, emotional, and social needs and provide compassionate support and assistance.

* Document care provided and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.

* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure continuity of care and promote resident well-being.

* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives as required.

Requirements:

* Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid license to practice.

* Experience working in a nursing home.

* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices for elderly care.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

* Flexibility to work mixed shifts, including days and nights, and alternate weekends.
