Resident Electrical Engineer (Semi Mobile)
Permanent contract - Monday to Friday (08:00am - 05:00pm) Full time
Salary is paying £36,000 depending on qualifications and experience + Pool an to travel to other sites and call out (1 in 3 on call).
UNLIMITED OVERTIME - Current engineers on the contract take home an additional £10,000 Per annum with overtime.
Electrical Qualifications needed consist of the below:
# C&G Electrical Engineering 236 Part 1, 2
# City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Resident Engineer with an Electrical Bias to join our client to work on a high-end commercial site located in Bradford, to carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building plant, equipment and systems as well as respond to site engineering emergencies within agreed service levels.
Carry out routine maintenance to all building plant, equipment, and systems in accordance with agreed service levels.
Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks carried out to provide safe working practices.
Encourage a safe and healthy working environment and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures High levels of customer service, maintaining effective relationships with key client contact.
Strong building services background.
It's essential that you hold C&G Electrical Engineering 236 Part 1, 2, C&G 18th edition IEE or equivalent.
