Experienced Painters & Decorators required to join one of the mildands leading and prestigous Housing Associations based from the Evesham/Tewksbury region.

As a paintier, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of painting repair in void and tenanted properties. You will be putting the finishing touches to kitchens and bathrooms in their properties. Having other trades skills such as tiling would be adventageous.

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to our clients commitment to providing high-quality repairs and maintenance services.

To perform various painting & decorating maintenance and repairs installations in tenanted and void properties. Completly high quality finishing so tenants have well decorated kithcens and bathrooms.

Hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday

City & Guilds/NVQ in painting or served apprenticeship
3 years minimum painting experience
Full UK Driving Licence
