Our Client, based in Bracknell and in the Automotive industry, are reasonably new to this area and are out to prove themselves They have a new and exciting opportunity for a CSA to join their team and we are looking to engage with candidates who are truly passionate about delivering superb levels of customer service.
Dealing with a variety of customers by phone, email and face to face on a daily basis
* Welcoming the customer to the business by phone and being their main point of contact throughout the life-cycle of their journey
* Delivering high levels of customer service at every stage
* Coordinating and arranging collections of vehicles and delivering the vehicle back to the customer's home, in certain instances
* Truly passionate about delivering high levels of customer service
