An esteemed client in the marine industry, renowned for their innovative and high-quality jet tenders, is currently seeking a skilled GRP Finisher to join their dynamic team based in Oxford. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the finishing of world-class marine products, ensuring they meet and exceed the premium standards our client is known for.

Apply and ensure top-quality finishes on GRP components, adhering to strict quality standards.
Quality Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of finishing processes and product quality.

Experience Required: Proven background in GRP finishing or related fields, such as paint spraying, prepping or polishing with a keen eye for detail and quality.
Prior experience in the marine sector is an advantage but not mandatory.

Monday - Friday - 7:30 - 3:30 with overtime paid at time and a half.
