Soft Services Manager - Hereford
Monday - Friday role
We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager with experience in the facilities management industry to join our team based in Hereford.
Integrated facilities management services with a purpose.
The successful candidatewill also be responsible for ensuring that any escalations are dealt with inswift and timely manner along with building strong relationships with all members of staff and client on site.
Security Services
The role is to ensure that the services are delivered to the required standards detailed in the contract specification through the application of high-level technical skills across the range of functional activities.
To deliver elements within the business plan to achieve current year's performance.
To contribute to the annual business, financial and people plan for the contract
To ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds agreed budgets.
To coach/support the FM team in the financial delivery of their roles.
To deliver Health and Safety policy and standards.
Financial competence with experience of managing P&L accounts
Planning and Organising
At least 3 years operational experience of managing in at least one functional area with experience of managing a multi-service operation.
Experience of managing in an FM office environment, and/or food production environment (factory/high volume
