Team Manager

As a Commercial Lead, together with the Operational team you will provide commercial and general administrative support to the team on site, operating established commercial processes, standards and procedures. You will deliver, develop and apply this integrated approach to projects on site for accurate on-going monitoring of performance against forecast/ budget.
Produce robust, timely and accurate commercial reports in line with the company’s requirements, including but not limited to cost value reports, end life forecasting and earned value management
Work closely with the Project/ Ops/ Site Manager and Planning function to maximise the potential for each project, attend site meetings when necessary to discuss the commercial position. Update any associated commercial reports and ensure any knock-on effects to the business unit are reporting back through the correct channels
Undertake aspects of subcontract management, including initial procurement and order placement, through to monitoring, measuring, valuing and agreeing the final account. Ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed and the appropriate document and contract administration is observed at all times
To act as the first point of contact for the site operations team in relation to any commercial/ financial risk, opportunity, query, clarification, information and support
Be responsible for the preparation and submission of time sheets, as well as maintaining holiday trackers.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive, flexible approach to work, who conforms to and inspires others to work in accordance with KAEFER values and code of business conduct.
Contract experience, preparing valuations for clients and subcontractors
Good MS Office (Excel/Work/Powerpoint etc) skills
