Dairy Milk Processor

Our client is a long standing family run business specializing in the production and distribution of diary products.

Our client based in Hazel Grove, Stockport is currently recruiting for a Dairy Milk Processor to join their existing Production Team on a permanent basis. Milk Processing: Operate and monitor dairy processing equipment to convert raw milk into various dairy products.
* Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks throughout the processing stages to ensure that products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues with equipment or processes that may impact production efficiency or product quality.
* Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure continuous production.
* Documentation: Keep accurate records of production activities, quality control measures, and inventory levels for reporting and regulatory compliance purposes.
* Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to minimize risks of accidents or injuries in the workplace.
* Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including supervisors, technicians, and quality assurance personnel, to achieve production targets and maintain product quality.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and product quality enhancement, and contribute to the implementation of improvement initiatives.
Previous experience in dairy processing is essential.
* Strong knowledge of dairy processing equipment, sanitation practices, and quality control standards.
* Understanding of food safety regulations and compliance requirements.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality and safety
