You will be embedded in a team dedicated to helping businesses ranging from enterprises to startups, educational institutions and government agencies to see the benefits of our technology come to life.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, execute and analyse Developer and Demand Generation marketing campaigns, events and initiatives based on the approved strategy, working in alignment with the regional marketing strategy programme and with cross-functional marketing stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyse data from campaigns to draw insights and identify solutions in order to optimise future activities, collect best practices and provide campaign learnings.
  • Develop and execute developer & demand generation campaigns for Google Cloud, including multi-touch campaigns, account-based campaigns, online digital marketing, offline direct marketing, and events marketing.
  • Track and analyse campaign results, and optimise campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date on cloud industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans that align with the overall business goals.
  • Brief and manage agencies to create content for various platforms, case studies, thought leadership, blogs, to effectively communicate key messages and attract target audiences.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and media agencies to execute and monitor campaigns
  • Research and recommend new campaign tactics and approaches
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for developer-focused events, trade shows, and training programs, ensuring seamless execution of events to meet strategic objectives.
  • Provide specialised support for developer marketing initiatives, understanding the unique needs and preferences of the developer community.
  • Managing multiple concurrent enterprise-scale projects & stakeholders
  • Navigate and understand the intricacies of a complex business ecosystem, adapting marketing strategies to fit the evolving landscape.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation.
  • Provide necessary collateral and support to enhance the sales process and drive conversion.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage concurrent enterprise-scale marketing projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events, trade shows, and training programs within a marketing context.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to report on campaign success and to optimise campaign performance accordingly.
  • Ability to navigate and understand complex ecosystems and to operate in an ambiguous environment.
  • Proficient in creating compelling content, particularly blogs, to effectively communicate messages and engage target audiences.
  • Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, demonstrating effective communication and teamwork
  • Understanding of and experience in developer marketing, with the ability to tailor campaigns to resonate with developer audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with sales teams, providing marketing support to enhance the sales process and drive results.
