We currently have an exciting opportunity for a General Operative to join our company and work in the Moulding team based at our Neale Road site in DN2. Role: This role is to ensure that the manufactured products meet the required quality standards and to maintain and facilitate the removal and packaging of the production from the machines. Responsibilities: * Ensure production outputs are achieved on time and in full. * Ensure quality standards are achieved at all times by checking the product for defects * Ensure product once inspected is placed into packaging with relevant labels a lift taken on the Polybutylene and displayed for gauging * Ensure all relevant data is captured / collected and entered onto appropriate systems (BARCO, PRODUCTION & IFS9) * When product is booked onto system and the relevant forms / labels issued the product can be moved to W.I.P./ finished goods yard * Continuous improvement ideas put forward for implementation * Ensure a clean and safe working area for yourself and others * Ensure all waste products are separated into their designated containers * Ensure all scrap products / sprues are reground in accordance to the SSW and making sure that no cross contamination occurs. Material then to be passed onto Hopper operative Hours of work: This is Monday - Friday work on 3 rotating shifts covering days, nights & afters, 8 hour shifts
