location : LondonType: Permanent
Root cause analysis and problem management.
Supported OpCos IT service administration andmanagement.
2nd & 3rd line support for all Wintel, AD, DNS,DHCP, RSA, Certificate Authority
Perimeter Services & WAN/LAN implementation andsupport
Cloud Servicesadministration and management (AWS workspace, O365 License allocation,O365, EMS, SharePoint, MS Team and Intune Administration etc.)
VMWare & vCenter support, installation, management andmaintenance.
Hardware configuration review and sizing for servers andstorages.
FTP, Lotus notes client support
Systemcenter configuration management
Basic MS SQL DBA
Microsoft power automate, flow knowledge.
Project andArchitectural
Upgrade/Consolidation/merger of different forest Activedirectory domain, DNS, DHCP, users, groups and security policies.
Like Wi-Fi, SharePoint etc.
Configuration management for Infra projects.
ProjectManagement (Assessment, Planning, testing, deployment and go live) forInfra projects like AD migration, AD Consolidation, FW upgrade etc.
Designing, architecture and capacity planning for infraprojects.
Deployment and administration of System centerconfiguration manager.
Microsoft 365 feature, security andcompliance deployment and administration.
Windows 10 featurepack updates
Application Service/Server support
o Remote desktop services support for CAS CRM, Evatic etc.
o SQLServer administration and management
o Sharepoint Intranetsite administration
o Ensure adherence to existing IT methodologies,technologies, operations, documentation, and quality controlstandards, policies, procedures, etc.
o Implementation andtesting of Proof of Concept solutions based on requirement bybusiness.
o A recognized strong team player known for consistentdelivery of quality services
Strong technicalbackground with 15 years IT Industry experience
12-yearexperience interacting directly and at all levels with industryleading customers and working on different infrastructure projects.
Experience with managing multiple complex IT Infrastructureprojects with multi-disciplined teams
Experience withapplication deployment
Hands on experience in Microsoft 365 servicesincluding sharepoint and exchange online administration andgovernance.
Demonstrated ability to apply a systematic approach to problem solvingthrough analysis of the problem and evaluation of alternativesolutions
Strong technical knowledge including client and serveroperating systems, networking environments and software solutionspreferably related to IS.
Strong project management skills andworking knowledge of Microsoft Project
Strong knowledge ofsoftware driver implementation, IP protocol schema and basic networkprotocols
Excellent skills in MS Office Suite including, wordprocessing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
Strong English Language Proficiency
