As a  Project Co-Ordinator you will be an effective member of the CC team and will have responsibility and overall accountability for every customer; from point of order confirmation right through to completion of installation and into aftermarket care, ensuring each and every element is carried out to the highest standard and timescales are met, resulting in our customers being delighted by our products and service.
Confirming all details of the project and ensuring all areas of the business are fully informed and kept up to date of any amendments
Effectively and optimally manage, along with relevant personnel, the installation and groundwork schedules in line with customer requirements, including reschedules
Ensure that all regulatory and statutory requirements are met and company policies and procedures are adhered to
Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering high quality customer care service
Good knowledge of all basic software packages
