As an agency MHCA, you will provide vital support and assistance to individuals facing mental health challenges. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, providing personal care, and ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

To be considered for an agency MHCA position with JustNurses, you must meet the following requirements. First, we require you to have completed MAPA or PMVA training. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Mental Health Healthcare Assistant. It is important to have the ability to fulfil our framework compliance requirements, including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References, and an updated CV.
