Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
  • End-to-end management of software development projects
  • Embed our Project Delivery Framework into all our live projects
  • Manage time, cost, and quality of activities
  • Consider risk and issues at each step of the way
  • Communicate to all the different people invested in the project, both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Make sure the project scope is continuously understood by everyone involved
  • If any changes are proposed, make sure they’re in line with the project parameters - e.g. scope, budget, schedules
  • Identify any steps needed to implement service transition and handover into a ‘business-as-usual programme’
A Few Things About You
  • Previous experience working as a Project Manager, managing software developers
  • Knowledge of both Agile & Waterfall methodologies
  • Confidence to juggle a wide range of projects at any given time
  • The ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Solid risk and issue management experience, governance planning, and finance/cost control

Project management qualifications are a huge bonus (such as PMI, APM, Prince2) but we’d still love to hear from you if you’ve not got any - as we know experience is just as valuable
