We’re on the lookout for a passionate Utilities Supervisor to join our dynamic Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team in beautiful Norwich . You’ll be working on the exciting Anglian Water Alliance, where your contributions will directly impact our community Key Details Location: Norwich, Norfolk Hours: 45 hours per week Note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role. Your Role As a Utilities Supervisor (internally known as a Delivery Agent), you’ll be an essential part of our planned works team. Your mission? To organize, support, and manage teams and subcontractors, ensuring the efficient execution of planned water works while meeting contractual requirements. What You’ll Do Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing site operations and maximizing the organization, planning, and control of labor, plant, and resources. Proactively managing future works to minimize disruption and ensuring all site administration is accurate and compliant with CDM & Temporary Works requirements. Leading effective people management, including absence, performance, and development. What We’re Looking For This role is perfect for you if you have: Experience in the construction or utility sector at a supervisory or managerial level. Strong commercial awareness and IT skills.
