Senior Conveyancing Assistant

The team offers a range of legal services to businesses and individuals including residential conveyancing & real estate, commercial & corporate, family, civil litigation, probate, tax, wills and estates. Joining this reputable law firm based in Exeter, you will be running your own caseload from inception to completion of Residential Property matters, including:
Taking instructions, dealing with client queries over the phone and in person
Offering guidance to less experienced staff members produce a high-quality service
Maintaining excellent file administration
If you have gained any commercial property experience, this is an advantage but not essential. You might be qualified by experience, or be a Chartered Legal Executive or qualified Licensed Conveyancer, and are accustomed to running your own files to a high standard with independence.
With good prior experience in a local or regional law firm, you are comfortable working collaboratively within a busy team environment, liaising directly with clients and third parties in the interests of progressing each matter.
