Description
As VP Customer Success and Delivery, the role will involve:
- Leading and managing the customer operations and delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, along with ongoing customer support.
- Overseeing the implementation of new projects to customers.
- Developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with other C-suite executives to align delivery with the company's strategic goals.
- Implement process that also incorporates successful partner delivery to the customer.
- Monitor and report on delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Participate in the development of new products and services to meet customer needs.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through all stages of the delivery process.
- Identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Working closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment.
- Reporting directly to the CEO with regular updates on customer delivery.
Profile
The successful VP Customer Success and Delivery should have:
- A proven track record in a leadership role within a similar customer led role.
- A strong understanding of customer delivery and integration processes and strategies, both directly and via partners.
- A track record in a similar role where Cloud, SAAS solutions are the core products and solutions.
- Ideally have AWS experience.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in representing a company at industry events and forums.
- Experience in leading a customer delivery team.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- A proven track record of maintaining strong customer relationships.
