About You

For this Higher Level Teaching Assistant role, we are hoping for a compassionate and inspirational candidate who has the drive to face difficult situations head on. The Headteacher wants to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant with a genuine interest in the well-being of all the students in their care in order to create and foster a positive environment.

About the Role

This Higher Level Teaching Assistant role involves you supporting teaching across the whole school. The chosen Higher Level Teaching Assistant will be working in small booster groups, but will also be leading full classes as you will be responsible for covering teachers’ PPA. Therefore, for this position it is essential that you either have previous experience of leading lessons, or have obtained the formal Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification.
