Tes is supporting the appointment of a Head of History to join a Academybased in Salford.

Join their talented and dedicated team as Head of History - With a passion for teaching, combined with a flair for successfully leading a team, could you inspire their students and help them achieve the best possible outcome.

Their aim is to ensure that their students are given every opportunity to reach their full potential, regardless of their background. With this in mind, they are looking to appoint a teacher who shares their vision for a learning environment and curriculum that is ambitious as well as supportive and nurturing.

As well as academic success, they focus on and take great pride in their students' behaviour. They aim for high achievement in an environment which is based on rewards, not sanctions. Working closely with their teaching body, their caring and experienced pastoral team are always on hand to help and support their students through their secondary school journey.
