Job Opportunity

I have been contacted by a good client of mine in Eastbourne, who is looking for a great Service Advisor to join their team. This is a demanding, but rewarding role, and will suit a candidate who is currently in the role of Service Advisor, with at least 2 years' experience in a Main Dealer setting. You will be a part of the current in-house front of house team, welcoming customers, booking in their vehicles, and making their journey memorable from start to finish for all the right reasons. Responsibilities

* Provide top levels of customer service to your customers

* Be organized and efficient in your duties

* Adhere to dealer and manufacturer standards

* Support your colleagues and work as part of the team

Qualifications

* Great customer service skills and telephone manner

* Computer literate and extremely organized

* Main Dealer Experience required

Salary and Benefits

* Basic Salary to £30,000

* Generous Bonus Scheme

* Overtime paid for Saturday work (1 in 2)

* Mon to Fri 8-530, Sats 8-1230
