Job Title: Duck Creek Claim Architect (Application and Technical Architect)

• Lead the architectural design, development, and implementation of Duck Creek Claim solutions, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives and IT standards.
• Work with stakeholders to define and refine requirements for the claims system, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Design and implement customizations and integrations with other systems and data sources to enhance the claims processing capabilities.
• Provide expert guidance on Duck Creek Claim capabilities, best practices, and the latest industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Conduct system performance analysis and optimization to ensure high availability and responsiveness of the claims processing platform.
• Manage technical risks throughout the project, ensuring that solutions are technically sound, scalable, and secure.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and junior architects, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of Duck Creek Claim implementations.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system architecture, design decisions, and implementation details.
• Perform Design, Code reviews and spearhead conformance reviews.
• Support Client’s organizational transformation goal by understanding the operational current state, future state and business value; helping to define and drive business solution to meet transformation goals.
