Opportunity to lead a small team of Technicians, whilst remaining practical from an engineering perspective.
Excellent facilities and testing capabilities within an engineering laboratory.
Are you aSeniorMechanical Engineer who enjoys variety,and solving engineering challenges? This is very much a practical based engineering role,finding resolutions to complex challenges. The position involves technical analysis, such as root cause / failure, and working within a laboratory environment due to the products applications.
c£55,000per annum depending on experience.25 days holiday + Bank Holidays with scope to purchase additional days.
Some hybrid working.
8% employer pension.

ASeniorMechanical Engineer who is practically minded, with good communication skills, and has proven failure analysis experience.
Hold a relevant engineering qualification.Metallurgical laboratory experience, knowledge / experience of root cause analysis.
Flexible approach in nature, enjoy problem solving to overcome engineering challenges.
Acting as the lead / senior Engineer on projects relating to tribology.
Performing mechanical failure/root cause analysis of mechanical systems.
Problem solving to find solutions to associated engineering challenges.
Produce written reports and be able to formally present project findingsto customers.
