Scoff Meals is seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, and helping to oversee daily kitchen operations. Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities.
Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to recipes and standards.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring freshness and availability of ingredients.
Enforce strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and operated safely and efficiently.
Assist in scheduling kitchen staff and managing labor costs within budget.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Wednesday to Saturday, 7 AM - 4 PM. (Competitive salary based on experience.
