We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and hardworking Accounts Payable team as a Manager. Ensuring that the Accounts Payable ledger is accurately maintained, and process deadlines are met in accordance to Company policy. Support on basic accounting tasks within the management and financial accounting functions. This includes both controls and analytics, with the opportunity to progress to some full accounting responsibility both in and out of finance.

Experience of dealing with Staff Car Payments, Employee Expenses, in accordance to Company policy, Maintain the Company credit card receipts and statement reconciliation, Liaise with suppliers and responding to queries.
Support the Finance Manager, to include Manage the Aged Creditors Control Account, including reconciliation, Responsibility of the open PO accrual, Assist the Management, Accountant with month end processes to include accruals and prepayments and bank reconciliations.
Management of Direct Reports including Team management to include weekly reviews, targets and objective setting and review of team ledgers to minimise risk to the business and meet overall team objectives

High level of competence in Excel
Self-motivated, driven, strong attention to detail with a flexible approach
