This is a collaborative role, where you’ll build strong relationships with consultants, senior teams and a wide range of healthcare professionals and patients. As an inspiring leader, you’ll develop and motivate your team, driving their performance, whilst supporting all the new initiatives of your hospital. Registered clinical practitioner with the appropriate governing body (NMC/HCPC)
Experience in managing a busy theatre environment
A professional management qualification would be an advantage
