  • NVQ Electrical/Mechanical Level 3
  • City & Guilds level 3 Mechanical/Electrical
  • 18th Edition - Desired
About the company: I am working with a leading facilities maintenance firm, growing rapidly, and operating in the Building Services Industry. Operating in over 48 counties, offering great careers for progression employing over 3000 employees yearly. This maintenance company also own and operate over 500 offices all over the UK. About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong Shift Engineer to be based on a commercial site in West Drayton. We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Engineer to carry out duties to the highest standard. There is a succession plan for this role meaning they will be looking to progressing you. Responsibilities: * You will be responsible for all the engineer's output on the following PPM tasks: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, Boilers & Chillers, Lighting, PAT testing, FCUs, AHUs. Candidate requirements: * The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer) * The ideal candidate has bundles of experience working as a mechanical/electrical shift engineer and within the facilities maintenance industry
  • Strong building services background
  • At least three years' experience in FM industry
