Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Execute 75% of tasks hands-on, contributing to maintenance contract delivery.
Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities and reactive call updates.
Ensure compliance with statutory building regulations.
Coordinate visiting contractors and engineering services.
Manage Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) with administrative support.
Provide technical assistance to the engineering team.
Undertake minor works projects as needed.
Qualifications as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Fully qualified engineer with a robust understanding of electrical systems.
Proficient in building management systems (BMS) and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) systems.
Experienced in maintaining large-scale electrical systems in buildings.
Access to abundant overtime opportunities in a dynamic commercial office environment.
Dedicated contract administrative support and guidance from our qualified Account Manager.
Flexible working hours: 07 00 or 08 00.
