Highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Consultants are needed to join our dynamic team. There are a number of areas available, covering parts of Kent, Sussex, South East London and Essex.

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in b2b sales although we would also consider a trainee who is looking for career progression into field sales, having come from a telesales or customer service background.

This role offers an excellent earning potential with an OTE of GBP48,000 (uncapped), with benefits to support a B2B field sales role.

Absolute Hygiene Solutions is a leading hygiene service provider specialising in contracted services, supporting organisations to maintain a clean and healthy working environment throughout the busy working day.

Our scheduled services offer complete washroom solutions, laundered logo and traffic matting, air sterilisation and aircare, clinical waste management, urinal management and water saving, infection control, hand care, and insect control whilst ensuring businesses meet our legislative requirements and help in reducing sustainability targets.

Our clients range from schools, offices, and manufacturing to medical centres, leisure industry and residential homes, which makes our work interesting and diverse as each day is never the same.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business appointments, predominantly via face-to-face door knocking and targeted telephone calling days
  • Face-to-face meetings at prospect premises for a consultative presentation of services best to suit their needs
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring exceptional customer care and loyalty for both parties
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to support and enhance business operations and address any enquiries that may arise.

Skills and Experience:

  • A full, clean driving licence, your own vehicle and personal insurance for business travel
  • Previous experience in a consultative field sales role or have experience in telesales and/or customer services
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to provide exceptional care
  • Possess a proactive, self-driven, positive attitude with a target-driven mindset to drive success
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
