Commercial Legal Director

United Kingdom LAW Absolute Full time

A renowned Travel and Leisure company is seeking a Commercial Legal Director to join their team on a permanent basis.

Commercial experience within the travel/leisure industry is essential for this position .

Flexible working arrangements, with occasional travelling.

The role:

  • Commercial contracts; advising on trade promotions, trade partnerships, marketing campaigns etc.
  • Advising on Package Travel Regulations (essential)
  • Corporate governance matters
  • Data Privacy
  • Regulatory matters

Ideal candidate:

  • Commercial Lawyer with over 10 years PQE (UK/EU)
  • Essential: Travel/Leisure in-house industry experience
  • Essential: Package Travel Regulations experience
  • Essential: Data Privacy Law
