Do you have a background in Education and would like to assist students as a pastoral support member? Are you a motivated individual wanting to make a positive impact on the lives of students in primary education? LTF Recruitment are working with a highly-rated primary school based in
The school are looking for a confident individual with sports coaching experience to come join their proactive team and provide 1:1 assistance to children with behavioural difficulties.
Support children with SEN and challenging behaviour in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
Helping design interventions that help regulate emotions and difficult behaviour in students.
Act as a mentor and promote school values and behaviour standards to the students.
Help improve student behaviour by providing sporting opportunities.
Design long-term plans and targets to improve behaviour and reach learning targets.
working with children in education.
Previous sporting background/sports coaching experience is desired to be successful
Level 3 TA Qualification or equivalent.
