We're looking for a General Manager for a community pub in Poole. Salary up to £40k plus bonus and a generous benefits package. Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. Additional earnings potential through bonus and incentive schemes

Based close to the town centre, it is ideally located for holidaymakers and business travellers visiting the area. The pub offers breakfast for staying guests as well the general public, and has a large car park.
The pub and hotel is currently averaging £25k per week with a sales mix of 60 food/30 wet/10rooms. GM Accommodation? This is a live out position with a live out allowance.
