Apprentice Supervisor

A world leading UK manufacturer of Heat Exchangers is currently seeking a highly motivated individual, ideally from the high precision and CNC machining industry, to join their team as CNC Supervisor. Main focus of the role of CNC Supervisor is to operate Doosan, Haas, Brother and Harrison machines, support the daily production machine shop activities and undertake supervision duties. Offered as a Permanent contract with competitive salary, bonus scheme, pension and immediate start available, the role of CNC Supervisor would suit a candidate with a strong knowledge of machinery within a machine shop, experience of manufacturing precision parts to tight tolerances on CNC machines, lathes and millers, a good knowledge of cutting data to machine aluminium, stainless steel, cast iron and brass and supervisory ability.

Key Responsibilities of CNC Supervisor:

* Supervision, training and development of operators

* Assist with production planning

* Skills and attributes required by CNC Supervisor:

* Experience on operation and setting of 4 axis milling CNC Machines

* A good knowledge of cutting data to machine aluminium, stainless steel, cast iron, brass

* A good knowledge of CNC programming techniques, production fixturing
