Circa £65k + depending on skills and experience
Implementing security strategy, policies, and processes in alignment with the global security strategy for the assigned market or business area
Leading and managing a team of security professionals
Coordinating security activities, risk assessments, and management to identify, evaluate, and mitigate security threats to personnel, assets, and operations
Ensuring security compliance and maintaining an assurance framework for assigned workstreams
Supporting incident management, investigations, scenario testing, and the development of security plans in collaboration with the Head of Security
Strong background in investigations, incident management and handling complex crimes
Proven ability to work in and lead a team effectively, delivering security management and protecting high value assets
Strong understanding of security risks and mitigation strategies
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
Degree in Security Management or equivalent professional experience
