The Role The position of Payroll Manager requires an individual with good attention to detail, strong accuracy and excellent communication skills. It’s a really varied role where the successful individual will be responsible for: Responsible for managing a team of 3 payroll members of staff Management of the UK and Overseas payroll Lead the delivery of new payroll projects, implementing a new payroll system Oversight and review of the month end financial processes for payroll reporting Ensure all accounting entries and correctly recorded and monthly balance sheet reconciliations are complete Develop, manage, and control payroll systems and processes Manage payrolls and liaise with 3rd party providers ensuring all legislative and contractual deductions are applied On Offer Permanent Payroll Manager based in North Lanarkshire will offer the following: £54,000 base salary Good bonus Strong pension Life cover Private healthcare Hybrid working On site car park Candidate Profile We are keen to engage with candidates that met the below criteria: Strong UK and overseas payroll experience Previous manager experience Experience of financial systems & software Strong communication skills Next Steps Please do not hesitate to contact for a private & confidential discussion regarding this excellent permanent role.
