Sales Development Representative - £25k to £30k depending on experience, + benefits and uncapped OTE - Glasgow
Do you have sales experience? We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Route-to-Market (RtM). This pivotal position focuses on generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for our diverse client base. You will play a key role in our continued growth and success in reaching out to prospective clients and nurturing these relationships to the point of handover to client sales teams.
Prepare for campaigns through prospect research and data management.
Gather business intelligence to support sales strategies.
Qualify sales opportunities accurately before handover.
Route-to-Market (RtM) is a leading business development and demand generation consultancy firm, helping clients grow their revenues and extending their market reach. Established in 2015, RtM has grown to become one of the leading consultancies in its field.
Quarterly bonus.

At least two years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.

You should be highly motivated, thrive on meeting performance targets, and be capable of conducting business-focused conversations. A strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous personal development are essential.
