They're in an exciting phase of growth — with plans to double the Paid Social team's headcount in the next 12 months — and they're now looking for an experienced Senior Paid Social Manager to take a leading role in shaping that journey.

The Role
As Senior Paid Social Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for all things Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network) — leading strategy, overseeing campaign delivery, and mentoring a growing team.
You'll work closely with senior leadership to evolve the agency's Paid Social proposition, ensuring best-in-class performance and client satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading Paid Social strategy and execution across a diverse client portfolio.
Taking ownership of Meta campaign performance — from planning and optimisation to analysis and reporting.
Managing and developing a small but growing team of Paid Social specialists.
Collaborating with Creative, Data, and Paid Media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Supporting with new business and client growth opportunities.
Staying ahead of platform developments and sharing insights across the agency.
What We're Looking For
~4–6+ years' Paid Social experience, ideally agency-side.
~ Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager — plus working knowledge of other platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
~ Proven track record of delivering measurable results and strong ROI.
~ Confident communicator with the ability to manage clients and mentor team members.
~ Analytical, curious, and commercially minded.
~ Someone ambitious who wants to help shape and grow a Paid Social department.
