We're seeking a talented Corporate Recruiter to spearhead the recruitment efforts of our Reading office. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for recruiting and building great teams, we strongly encourage you to apply.

You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and bring in top-tier talent for the UK Branch. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Performance
Candidate Sourcing : Proactively identify and attract talented candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, career/school fairs, and referrals.
Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and priorities and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
Maintain detailed and organized records of candidate interactions and manage an up-to-date applicant tracking system.
Compliance : Ensure that all recruitment processes adhere to relevant employment laws and regulations.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Admin, or Human Resources is preferred.
Previous experience in either recruitment (corporate or agency setting) or HR is advantageous.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and the UK Job Market is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Other advantageous languages: German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Job Type : Full-Time, Salary. Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. Hybrid Atmosphere.
