A prestigious and highly regarded law firm known for its excellence in providing comprehensive legal services across various practice areas is seeking to add a Senior Solicitor to their Residential Property department.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling a broad range of residential property matters, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including but not limited to sales, purchases, leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of residential property law, ensuring that their interests are protected and their objectives are met.
Conduct thorough due diligence and review of legal documentation relating to property transactions, identifying any potential issues or risks and advising clients accordingly.
Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties throughout the conveyancing process, maintaining clear and open communication at all times.
Manage junior members of the team, providing supervision, guidance, and support as necessary.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in residential property law.
Solid experience in handling a diverse caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion.
Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and procedures
