Monday to Friday, 8.We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our team in the Customer Service Centre (CSC) based at our BSW Timber site in Carlisle. Responsible for providing first class customer service and admin support for key customer accounts across the BSW Group, you will manage customer enquiries, order inputting and delivering a top-class customer service experience alongside Key Account Managers.
Specifically, some responsibilities of a Sales & Customer Service Co-Ordinator include:
Proficiently maintain and record interactions and orders via Salesforce, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, providing order acknowledgements, confirming accurate pricing and product information.
Communicating/building relationships with customers to understand their needs and requirements, identifying/upselling products where the opportunity presents itself.
Developing new sales opportunities using potentially both cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups.
Review order history to plan and forecast customer needs, ensuring service levels meet and exceed expectations.
Supporting the Customer Service team to upsell customers to meet minimum order quantities.
Already experienced in a customer service or an internal sales role, you have a proven track record in order processing and attention to detail. Good computer skills across all Microsoft programmes, specifically Excel.
