Proven supervisory and project management experience
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and regulations
Ability to read and interpret electrical plans
Lead and motivate a team of electricians and apprentices
Plan and oversee electrical projects to meet specifications and deadlines
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for successful project delivery
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
Promote continuous improvement through training and development
