Dispute Resolution Manager with Immediate Start

Senior Manager, Workday - United Kingdom, remote

In this position, you will be responsible for strategic management of the Workday application. Additionally, you'll oversee the establishment of Application Management Services (AMS) for Workday operations, ensuring smooth execution, stabilization, and enhancement implementation. You'll be accountable for budget management and achieving results throughout these processes.
You will build up the Workday AMS for the organization globally, from scratch: Establishing the most effective configuration, selecting the ideal partner, being involved in the vendor selection RFP process and running the show from thereon.
• You will implement several Workday modules for 40k+ employees across 60 countries
• You will lead the disciplinary and functional aspects of the Workday AMS team
• You will manage the budget for crucial IT projects
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent experience in IT-related careers.
• Proven track record of successfully establishing from the ground up, managing, and directing Workday AMS engagements for large global enterprises ideally inhouse experience.
•10+ years of experience overseeing HR IT projects (e.g., Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Concur) as a Service Delivery Manager, with a strong focus on design, architecture and consulting.
• You must have participated in at least 1 full lifecycle Workday implementation project for several modules for at least 20k employees globally.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with external vendors, with confidence in engaging with senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• General management skills with HR processes and solutions as well as IT processes according to ITIL, including project management.
