A wonderful opportunity to teach a class of30 children at St Martin's CEP School has presented itself following a staff change. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated teacher to work in ourwonderful school with our friendly staff and amazing children. St Martin's CEP federatedwith Seabrook CEP School in September 2017 and staff work collaboratively across both schools, which makes this a very exciting and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate should:
be keen to learn and develop their teaching
have energy and the determination to make a difference
have good communication skills
be anexcellent classroom practitioner
have high expectations
be a good role model
have commitment to raising standards and achievement
have an understanding of KS1 and KS2
understand that every child is unique and be able to reflect this in their practice
be a team player, willing to share ideas with their colleagues
be supportive of our inclusive Christian Ethos
have experience of teaching in theKS1 and 2
have a creative approach to teaching and understand the importance of engaging children through their own interests.
