Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager
I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a market leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor based within the heart of Central London, who deliver specialist commercial, educational, residential, mixed-use & data centre developments across London and the UK. Due to business growth and a strong pipeline for the future, they are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead an electrical team for the delivery of numerous commercial office projects in Central London as part of a prestigious framework.
This is a great opportunity to join a business who are a partner of choice to many tiers one main contractors in London, whilst working on flagship commercial projects whilst being on one of the highest salaries in London at this level.
You will need to be an experienced Electrical Project Manager, Project Engineer, Construction Manager … etc for the last 8 years or more.
Experience in delivering a project from design through to handover.
Procurement and financial experience are required.
Strong liaising skills with both sub-contractors on site and Clients.
Experience in managing Residential, retail or leisure projects upwards from £15 million M&E.
Procurement and management of sub-contractors.
Having previous experience working for a large M&E contractor.
Strong commercial and financial experience.
Further education in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering.A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
Fully expensed travel.
Contributory pension scheme.
Discretionary bonus (personal KPI/ company performance based).
