Job Title: Roofing Supervisor Location: North London Salary: up to £43,000 per annum Benefits: Company Van, Fuel Card, 23 Days Annual Leave, Development Programme Role Overview: Our client, a leading Tier 1 Contractor, are seeking an dynamic Roofing Supervisor to join their team in carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance to social housing homes in London. Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and carry out roofing repairs and replacements in residential settings.
  • Coordinate effectively with planners, residents, and your line manager to ensure smooth job completion.
  • Ensure that all work adheres to Health & Safety regulations and safeguarding requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in roofing.
  • Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
  • Record job details and materials used accurately using a PDA after each task.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential.
  • Previous supervisory experience in roofing maintenance within residential properties.
  • SSSTS certification (minimum requirement).
  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for problem-solving and working under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
