B2B Marketing Executive

Company Overview: Based in London, Packaging Source is a rapidly expanding packaging company known for its innovative, sustainable, and iconic brand-focused solutions. We craft bespoke packaging products designed to elevate brands and leave a lasting impression in the market.

Join our dynamic team as a B2B Marketing Executive and play a pivotal role in enhancing the Packaging Source brand while expanding our customer base. Reporting directly to the Company Director, you will spearhead marketing strategies and campaigns, collaborating closely with the Creative and Sales teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences for strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to optimize website traffic and improve search engine rankings, utilizing tools such as SEMrush and Moz.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, focusing on lead generation and nurturing through CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Leverage digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media, and Google AdWords to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
  • Create compelling content for website blogs, whitepapers, and social media platforms, employing content marketing techniques to engage and educate our audience.
  • Oversee the development of creative assets such as graphics, videos, and landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
  • Implement A/B testing and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices into marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Executive, with at least 3 years in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing B2B marketing campaigns and driving lead generation.
  • Expertise in SEO strategies and tools such as SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot for lead management and nurturing.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media, and PPC advertising.
  • Experience with content marketing techniques and tools for content creation and distribution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to work.
